We process account data (name, email, role), organisation and billing data, tracking events (clicks, conversions), contract/deal data, and payment references (no full card data on our servers — our payment provider handles that). Legal bases: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest in abuse prevention (f), and consent for optional cookies (a). Retention: while the account exists and as required by law.

Hosting

The application, databases and object storage run in the EU on Hetzner. Email via Postmark. Payments via an external payment provider.

Where translations differ, the German version prevails.
