adnowak connects advertisers and affiliates (performance programmes and marketplace collaborations). Access is request- and approval-based. Advertisers fund a prepaid wallet; the network keeps a fee on top of affiliate commission. Affiliates are paid via the platform’s payment provider. Listings, inventory and terms become binding once a deal is confirmed or a conversion is approved. The platform is not liable for third-party creatives or landing pages. German law applies.
